Refund & Cancellation Policy:
At The Cape Winelands, we create high-quality cinematic media content that reflects the beauty of our clients’ spaces and experiences. We are committed to professionalism, transparency, and client satisfaction.
Cancellations:
Clients may cancel services up to 7 days before the scheduled shoot without penalty.
Cancellations within 7 days of the shoot may incur a cancellation fee to cover pre-production, travel, and booking costs.
If our team has already commenced work (planning, travel, or filming),
additional cancellation charges may apply.
Refunds:
Due to the creative and time-based nature of our services,
refunds are not automatically guaranteed.
Refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case.
If services have not yet been delivered, we may offer a partial or full refund,
depending on the circumstances.
Once services have been rendered (filming, editing, or delivery of content), refunds are generally not provided, but we may offer revisions or additional support.
Disputes:
We encourage open communication if a client is dissatisfied.
Our first step is to provide revisions or reshoots (if agreed within the original scope).
If a resolution cannot be reached, refund considerations will follow the above guidelines.
